Why we are going
A journey measured in people, not miles.

“The Watch Never Ends” is an invitation from Children Such as These to turn concern into informed, compassionate action. During the first planned field phase, we intend to carry practical child-safety education into community conversations, create space for people to listen and learn, and help local leaders open doors for the work that follows.
Travel may include movement by foot, bicycle, motorcycle, and support vehicle where terrain, weather, law, or safety require it. Those are logistics. The mission is hope, responsibility, and connection.

Carry the message across communities.
The Watch is planned to move from Northern California through a proposed sequence of community stops—each one a chance to gather, learn, connect, and renew a shared promise to children. Route, timing, and stops remain subject to confirmation and safety review.

Help people find appropriate agencies, services, and trustworthy resources in their own communities.

Provide reasonable campaign updates and a post-phase summary of how funds supported the work.

Preliminary Phase-One Budget
What the initial goal makes possible.
A clear, good-faith starting budget for safe field operations, community education, and accountable reporting.
$50,000 is the first milestone—not the limit of the mission. If support approaches or exceeds this goal, CSAT will publish any proposed stretch goal, its added outcomes, and its supporting budget before changing the displayed target.

How campaign funds are intended to be used
Children Such as These intends to apply the net proceeds to reasonable and necessary charitable expenses of the Watch child-safety education and public-awareness mission. CSAT retains final organizational oversight and discretion to adjust allocations among mission-related categories as safety conditions, confirmed plans, in-kind support, and actual costs require.
Donations are not purchases and do not give a donor the right to direct a particular expenditure. Funds will not be used for personal expenses unrelated to CSAT’s charitable work.
If plans or costs change
The $6,100 contingency is reserved for documented mission-related changes—not personal use. If the planned phase changes, is delayed, costs less, or cannot proceed as originally described, remaining funds will stay under CSAT’s control and support rescheduling or continuing the Watch, or substantially similar child-safety education and outreach consistent with CSAT’s charitable purpose.
